Ive hit a rut!  Help!Ive hit a rut! Help! Ive stalled at losing weight. Ive lost 28 to date and keep gaining and losing the same 1. 5lbs. I still have like 80lbs left to lose. What can i do? I all of a sudden have started feeling super hungry and just want to snack but i try not to or at least find like 0pt foods. I also feel like ive tired myself out on eating the same things all the time. I NEED HELP!

I'm stuck at 33lbs lost and experiencing the same! I go to the gym and am losing inches. This week I changed all my food to see if that helps. I've heard lots of things but like what I'm doing. I'll be curious what others say on here! Good job on how far you've come I have about 80 to go too!

I have been trying to lose the same 2 pounds since Christmas. I am determined this will be the week to shed that weight. I'm trying to get more exercise and really try to watch my portion control. We can do this!
