I’m in a rut!  Maybe it’s the weather, the new job & not finding/making time for a workout.I’m in a rut! Maybe it’s the weather, the new job & not finding/making time for a workout. I’m disappointed in myself. I’ve gained some of my weight back & every week I try to reset to sail over my points again. Suggestions? Are there any challenges I can jump in on? Suggestions to try & make a legitimate reset? I’m frustrated

I’m right there with you! My mornings star off strong, but by bedtime I’m in such a rut! I don’t have any answers except tomorrow is a new day

I am 72. I don;t know why. I could not loose on Blue. I started Purple the beginning of the year and close to 15 down (fairly easily). I can go out to eat with friends and family and stay on point.
