It’s out of my comfort zone to be posting on a page like this, I’m usually just reading everyone else’s posts but I’m feeling stuck and looking for some help or things you found that personally helped you in a situation like this! I’ve been on weight watchers (blue plan) since January 11th. I lost weight pretty quickly the first month and a half, and as of now I’m down 25 pounds! For 3 going on 4 weeks I’ve seen no weight loss (no weight gain either thank God! ) and I’m feeling slightly discouraged. I stay within my daily points and usually do not use my weeklies, if anything it’s a point or two here and there. I tried using weeklies in the very beginning and saw weight gain so I stopped using them. I exercise 3-4 times a week and eat balanced meals, being sure not to go overboard on zero point foods. Any tips, tricks, advice? Just feeling kind of stuck and not sure how to kick start some more weight loss! Thank you in advance
