I’m maybe a returning LT member. Should I join on line or go to meetings? I lost my weight 20 years ago and still follow my main rules. What are the points like now?

Totally different rules. If you’re a heavy phone user, online will be good enough to see the changes

I am a precious LT member. I do online. I know what to do. Lots of online support. I work full time and just don’t have the time to attend a meeting. But, if you have the time and like the social outing and support do both.

I would recommend starting with meetings for a few months. Helps you to learn the program which has changed a lot in 20 years. Then decide which you prefer.

I’m LT. have 20# to lose. Down 11 since Christmas. I think the meetings help, at least initially. It does help with program changes and understanding what is available on the Ap. Plus meetings give you 50 points towards rewards. And they have new foods and foods on sale at the meetings. Just bought the WW wineglasses. They have elegantly marked 5oz, 6 oz and 8 oz lines engraved in the glass.

I’ve done quite well with online only. The app has its own social media component called Connect. You can get tons of support and even find people with similar challenges and lifestages

If you liked the points system, do green. If you liked Core, do purple. I've been lifetime since 2008 and have been doing purple since November. Wanted to drop a few lbs below goal. have lost 10 while on vacation in Mexico.
