I'm fairly certain I won't like the answer to the question but maybe I can use it as a motivator not to eat this very often. Does anybody know how many points the white cheddar mac and cheese at arby's would be on green?

@finkelstein3 so as a treat once in a while! Eat eggs or yogurt for breakfast, salad and chicken for lunch and a salad with the mac n cheese for supper! Have it as a supper on weigh in night then you have all week to make up for it!

I was going to say 17. So 20 points seems like a good way to round it. It doesn't list Arby's but it does list it at other chains as 17 for a side of white cheddar mac n' cheese.

That’s what weeklies are for  Every once in a while I’ll get some food that’s terrible for me stuck in my head and just need to indulge. I normally give myself a short term weight loss goal to reach before I allow myself the high point treat. I’m still down 19 pounds in 6 weeks so it’s working ok for me!
