Does anyone else feel like their body has certain specific weights that it is just comfortable at (even though you may not be)? Like once you get to that weight it’s a little plateau but you can eventually over come it? For me it’s 182 and 155. I’m at 182 right now, this is the weight I hovered around for about 2 years before gaining a few more recently. I feel like my body is just cozy at 182 and doesn’t want to let go of these couple lbs

Yes, I lost 50 but strived for 70. I lost 50 on the old green plan but then WW said the blue plan was the way yo go so for two wasteful yrs I did blue and lost nothing. I’m on green again and it’s early but I’m seeing movement again.

I think I am finally getting past a seven month plateau. And I definitely have some weights my body likes but I definitely do not.

Yes, exactly. I got down to 158 but my body keeps settling into 164. I'm fine with it.

I have been on what WW now calls blue since I joined Sept 2018 — WW states my weight range is from 120 to 146. I met the top at 146 within 10 months plus 5 pounds extra within 12 months BUT the ole body (I’m 66) says no more — I’m satisfied !

Sometimes (after weight losses) we need our bodies to plateau, settle and then go again . We have to remember that we didn’t gain that weight overnight , it will take time to loose it and if in small quantities then so be it . In Aus we use grams so even if it’s 100 grams = 3. 5 ounces , ok it’s small but another 4 (or so) then I will have list a pound . 500 grams a week is doable for most peeps , little steps . If you are plateauing , step things up . Try new recipes , drink more water , exercise .
