This is my first post and it may sound silly but can it be bad to not enough as well ? I have no idea what I used to eat but I’ve been doing WW for about 3 weeks and I am eating around 1000 cal a day . Most days have 3-6 SP left . I eat a lot of zero point foods

On WW you don't need to count calories. Don't make yourself crazy. Just focus on points. The first couple of weeks are the toughest as you get used to the foods and the points. You can be under your points + or - 10 and be ok. Just make sure you get protein and fats in your daily points. I use things like mayo, salad dressing, & avocado to do that.

Yea you may cause your body to go into starvation mode and hold onto fat. Zero point foods do have calories though so maybe try to log all your food in myfitnesspal to determine how many calories you eat each day. Of it's truly only 1, 000 that seems low.
