You may not be eating enough. I think a lesson everyone successful here has learned is to eat your points. Even use your weeklies. When you make this a livable and enjoyable program you’re in it for the long haul and it isn’t just a diet

I talked to my dietician who told me it’s important to eat all my points. That why they give them to us! She’s right. I lose the most on the weeks when I eat my points and even more when I add in some of my weeklies!

Stick with it. Because usually the next week you will make up for it and lose. And drink lots and lots of water.

I agree with eat all your dailies. Thinking you need to “starve” yourself in order to lose weight is a bad diet mindset . Also don’t be afraid to dig into those weeklies

You have to eat to lose weight! I have learned that. If you are u see your dailies, you need to eat pointy food.
