It is likely the increase in protein. You need some fiber.

All those things are good for being constipated but fix the issue and use probiotics regularly and that wont happen.

Take Metamucil with water in morning and maralax at night. Best price is Costco but Wal-Mart bring works same. Ask any doctor and they will agree in my opinion. Also you can try fiber tablets a few a day at first then you will only need one a day

I work for a gastroenterologist, we recommend Benefiber in water with titration. Start with 1/2tsp twice a day for a week increase 1/2 tsp a week until you get the results that you want. Also make sure the drink plenty of water. People reccomend stool softeners but they can be hard on the digestive system. Probiotics make expensive poop but you can try them.

Yep, I’ve been constipated since month 2 - so for 2 full months. I take a senna leaf pill to help the issue. I take it every day. if I don’t, I don’t go.
