I honestly expected a bigger loss because I’ve gone from 0 exercising to walk/run (minimum of 1 hour) or HIIT (minimum of 30 minutes) every day! I’m not just paying attention to the scale either, my body hasn’t changed at all. I’m thinking of switching plans. Recommendations?
