I have been doing green for a month and my weight loss is slowing down. Thinking of switching to blue and see what happens. Has anyone had luck with switching it up?

When I started in 2006, the plan was mainly green, but did allow for purple. I lost my 1st 20 doing points (green), then the remaining 37 doing what is now purple (BTW, I gained a few lbs last year (with blue) but lost 10 lbs since purple restarted in Nov. ). Do what makes sense for you. (BTW, I'm 68)

Have lost 14 in 4 weeks on green. I honestly think I just dont eat enough points. I go to bed with like 20 some nights.

@hydrostat I rarely eat all my points and last week lost 1 lb. so thinking of changing to blue for a week to see what happens.

I switched to blue this week from green after being stalled for two weeks. Stepped on the scale this morning and I’m down 4. 5 in one week!

I think changing this up helps. I’m on green, but why not try blue.
