I'm on blue too. Nonfat yogurt, lite sour cream, cheese not so good point wise. Lean beef and ham are ok, just track the points. Chicken and fish are obviously better at zero points. Eat whatever you want, just track the points.

I found a couple of recipes that are low point that I tend to eat for lunch each day so that I can eat more points with my family for dinner. I love this black bean soup- I make it with 99% FF Ground Turkey for 0 points a bowl. I also like the Weight Watchers White Chicken Chili Verde for 1 point. https://www. weightwatchers. com/. /5626a6453d92b3c10eb8e51c As far as what to eat, you will need to find what works for you. Nonfat Greek yogurt is 0 points, I add a little of the sugar free jello powder to give it flavor. I keep mandarin oranges and grapes around and grab those when I want to snack on something. I concentrate on the ground turkey breasts, chicken breast and seafood. We occasionally have steak and hamburgers, but I just make sure I have points for those. Once you get use to it, it is pretty easy to stay on track. Just know that you occasionally will go over points, and that is okay. just get back on the next day!

Eggs are good … hard boiled or make an omelet with vegetables using PAM spray. Also, I got this tip from my daughter-in-law …. Laughing Cow lite wedges are just 1 pt, & spread it on a slices of cucumber for a snack. Hunts Sugar free pudding cups are low pts too.

I'm fairly certain I won't like the answer to the question but maybe I can use it as a motivator not to eat this very often.
