If it's a smaller place that isn't in the app, I usually just try to find something similar at a different place. I try not to eat my weekly points because I view them as a buffer against any tracking errors I may have made during the week.

Applebee’s has a list of calories next to each menu item. You could select a lower calorie item or go to the WW app and select Restaurants (near the bottom of app) and type in restaurant name.

Go to your app go all the way to the bottom click on restaurants, put in name of restaurant at top then in search bar put what you want to eat and it will bring it up

IT's really hard to eat right at Applebees. The best bets for dinner are the salmon with steamed broccoli or the steak with steamed broccoli.
