Best answer
Make a guess by taking a big chain from the app and applying it to a similar food at the local restaurant. It will give you an approximate point value.

I always guess by calculating roughly the ingredients and always add oil! But I always over point ti be safe!

I usually type in the item and use the highest points?. so if I type in chicken pot pie. Up pops 6 pts. 10pts. And a 14point pot pie I use 14points
