My go-to recipes were to have a spinach salad for lunch and turkey taco soup for dinner. I’m burned out on those now. What are your go-to low point meals (5pts or less)? We have 5 kids and both work so cook time is a factor.

@unhealthy I’m on blue, and I’m trying to try new foods even ones that I wouldn’t normally eat. Trying make healthier habits

@overlong11 ive found several on there. The hard part is figuring out which ones to try. I was just wondering what everyone’s go-to meals are so I can try a few new ones that people love (hopefully I will too) I’m down 40lbs and the go to recipes I’ve been using have been from the Ww app and suggested by friends that tried them and liked them

@dorthea my go to meals are grilled chicken breast topped with rotel tomatoes and 2 tbsp tostitos salsa con queso dip( 2 pts). I usually pair it with a steamed veggie that I like. Salmon and baked asparagus Ground turkey with zucchini and tomatoes. I sprinkle cheese and eat with corn tortillas Egg roll in a bowl. usually use shrimp or chicken Look into lawry's 30 minute marinades. very low in points and alot of different flavors. Great way to add flavor to veggies and proteins.

I make this crockpot chicken tortilla soup a lot. Super easy, and it’s pretty low points, especially if you are on blue. You would have to calculate based on how many servings you divide it into. You can add light sour cream, tortilla chips, cheese, and/or scallions to top it with, depending on your points.

Look at The Skinnyish Dish. She has some great EASY recipes! I have made her crockpot chicken chili multiple times. It’s so good and so easy.
