New to WW.  Thanks for the add.New to WW. Thanks for the add. I LOVE all the WW recipes I am seeing online and have made the Turkey Chili and we loved it! My questions is this: is anyone else finding that the sodium in a lot of the recipes is so high it slows down weight loss? The seasonings/dressings are all high in sodium. I'm struggling and the only change I made was eating the chili for lunch everyday. Thx!
New to WW. Thanks for the add.

Cook dry beans and measure instead of canned to cut back on sodium. It was a recommendation from a nutritionist years ago.

When I buy canned goods, I always buy no salt added or low sodium. My pantry is full of no salt tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, beets

You can buy the low sodium ones. ☺. I don't have a problem with it. I just try to limit any extra salt I add to my food.
