Question

I’m new to the group and a WW lifetime member who has unfortunately “fallen off the wagon! ” I live in a rural area and we no longer have meetings anywhere near me. I’ve never felt that the online worked for me but I am determined to make it work now. With the new color plans do they do an assessment to determine which plan is best or do I choose which one I think will work best? Thanks for the add and I look forward to learning new things.

Pick the one you think will be best for you. if you dont like it you can switch to another one but they say try it for at least 2 weeks. i do purple because i like a-lot of the zero point foods but i only get 16 pts otherwise.

Welcome to the group! Yes they do an assessment and will mention previous plans that are similar so choose which one is best for you.

Welcome. I started right after Christmas. The assessment shows me as purple. It’s been working well.
