So i havent started WW yet and was wondering if you guys do the online or do you actually go to the meetings. im not even sure how it works but if i have to go to meetings thats going to be super hard for me, with work, teenagers & a 9 yr old in martial arts. So can i make it work with just doing the online?

Yes I am online only since jan 1 and have lost 11 lbs.

I have to be accountable to someone other than myself. Myself was perfectly happy with my weight! Cannot stand the thought of getting on that scale and the WW person telling me I gained. So far 11 pounds in 4 weeks.

Yes, lots of people do digital only. As long as you can hold yourself accountable, you should do fine.

I attend a weekly meeting. That's what works for me and keeps me accountable. I know many just do the online and have great results. In the end, it doesn't matter whether you go to meetings or just go digital, it depends on how determined you are to make this happen for yourself. It all comes down to you. Making better food choices, cutting down on portions and having a healthier approach to eating in general. WW provides you with great tools and resources, you do all the work :) Good luck on your journey.

I do online only and it has worked for me. It’s all about being accountable and tracking what you eat. I love the barcode scanner.

I have done both. The meetings motivate me sometimes, but I prefer online these days, just because it is more convenient.

It works best to go to the meetings you get a lot of help knowing what others have been through. I feel like I would fIl if I didn't get the support from the workshops.

They have night meetings, early morning meetings and weekend meeting. Go to them at least until your understand the program. Best Wishes

My suggestion is to go to a few meetings so you get a couple of tips and then go to online until you get close to goal then back to meetings so you can reach lifetime!

I only do online. It works for me. I definitely think the meetings are beneficial, but you can totally be successful with online only.

Go to meetings. I have a gf I meet there. so I have to go. Standing in front of someone weighing me. makes me accountable

I do the online and also have a 12 year old, 9 and 3 and do PT two times a week and sports and I think it works great!

I started again in May and have only kept track on the app. I try to track what I eat and weigh myself once a week. I have lost 45 lbs.

I attended meetings for a bit and enjoyed the group. I just changed to online because I'm going to be with my daughter the next couple of months. I believe either one will be great but I don't believe I could do meetings with children and their activities. I also think that if something causes you extra stress that it will be harder to continue with the program. For what that opinion is worth. All the best.

@toneless9 I think you will get more out of WW if you go to meetings. Maybe just in the beginning, but I feel I recommit every time I go to a meeting. I got in a snit in the fall and stopped going (and continued to pay). When I went back to a meeting last week, I was 4. 6 lbs heavier. So far this week, I’m rocking it. When WW works best for me, I go to a meeting and then do my grocery shopping right after it. Depending on where you live they may have 10 or 15 meetings a week, so I hope you’ll be able to find a meeting that works for you.
