I attend a weekly meeting. That's what works for me and keeps me accountable. I know many just do the online and have great results. In the end, it doesn't matter whether you go to meetings or just go digital, it depends on how determined you are to make this happen for yourself. It all comes down to you. Making better food choices, cutting down on portions and having a healthier approach to eating in general.
