I don’t care for the meetings. Have done them when I was on WW before! I am on line only and love it. Have lost 35lbs. I go to lots of WW boards for recipes and help. For me that’s all I need.

Online for me. I don’t feel the pressure of attending meetings and frankly got tired of the whining. I am too busy with work to attend meetings - I love the app because I can always go back and read over the different articles.

I did online only for 4 months and lost 14 pounds. Then switched to workshops 7 months ago and lost another 38 pounds. I’m losing about 2 pounds more per month average doing the workshops than online only, but I lose both ways.

I still go to meetings once a month to weigh in. I reached lifetime in 1999. The monthly weigh in is a big reason I’ve been able to keep off 82 lbs for all these years. Everyone is different but I like the accountability.
