I was a lifetime member over 10 years ago and since gained all the weight back plus more. I want to join online but I’m hesitant to join. I want to make sure I’m prepared before I decide to join. Any food suggestions that I should have on hand before I join? I need quick grab and go ideas.

For me it all about food prep for the work week. Peeled boiled eggs, bananas, apples, grapes, carrots, mini humus containers (Costco), grilled chicken breasts, brown rice, broccoli, washed mixed greens, premier protein (used as coffee creamer or a 2 point high protein drink for if I get too busy to eat a snack). I have some WW snacks also, but these are my main staples to get through the day.

I agree with all the above but add snack size guacamole (3pts)

@ceraceous oh yummm, I didn’t even think of guacamole. That is one of my favourites on my treat days.

It really helps with portion control too! I eat the WW Sea Salt chips with the quac for a treat

I came back in Sept. after being a lifetimer gone bad, more than once. I'm within 1 lb from my goal and for me it's about meal prep. Not prepping food per say but planning what meals I want to cook this week and having the proper food in the house to make those meals. I also don't have tempting foods in the house that I know will trigger over eating. Good luck!
