2 years ago I lost 23 pounds and unfortunately I have gained 18 of those back. I really need to get back on track. Last time with weight watchers I was able to start tracking right away and stopped soda, sugars, and most carbs cold turkey. This time I am REALLY struggling with stopping those habits. Has anyone had success phasing out the bad habits a little at a time and accepting the overage in points in the beginning?
