I need something to eat. Yes at 2:19am EST. My stomach feels so empty it sorta hurts. What is something zero point that I can have that will fill that empty space?

dill pickle usually does it for me when I’m having one of those middle of the night hunger attacks. Honestly, I’d prefer dipping salty potato chips into a chocolate shake, so I understand if you’re thinking that a dill pickle sound stupid, but seriously, I crunch on a dill pickle, drink a little water and the craving that would usually send me into a food binge is stopped in it’s tracks.
