I need something to eat. Yes at 2:19am EST. My stomach feels so empty it sorta hurts. What is something zero point that I can have that will fill that empty space?

@austria99451 dill pickle usually does it for me when I’m having one of those middle of the night hunger attacks. Honestly, I’d prefer dipping salty potato chips into a chocolate shake, so I understand if you’re thinking that a dill pickle sound stupid, but seriously, I crunch on a dill pickle, drink a little water and the craving that would usually send me into a food binge is stopped in it’s tracks.

@krebs3061 love the potato chips in chocolate comment. Personally I like to dip them in chocolate frosting. Lol

I keep fat free yohurt drinks in my fridge for late nights. @austria99451lso eat 1 or 2 pro vitas with the yogurt drink. It's light on ur tummy so easy to digest. @austria99451nd contains no sugar. Fruits contain lots sugar, not good that time of night.
