I hate mayo but I think avocado or hummus are good mayo subs for things like egg or tuna salad. I’ve also used cottage cheese. For sandwich spread, you can still use mayo. Just watch portions, or use light. Nit everything needs to be suoer low point. Sometimes the real thing is more satisfying!

The laughing cow cheese wedges are only 1 point and I use them in place of sliced cheese and mayo on my sandwiches.
by (170 points)
@aurochs I also use them in tuna and chicken salad! It’s so yummy!
by (170 points)
@bertiebertila yes! I use the laughing cow garlic and herbs or the jalapeño kind. It’s very soft and spreads almost like mayo but it’s higher in protein and a lot less calories! Try it! You won’t be sorry!

Laughing Cow cheese. I use 1 triangle in place of butter or mayo for my wraps I make for lunch. It comes in different flavors, Asiago is my favorite. I don't know the points, but it's 30 calories.

I am a Dukes mayo girl, I can use yogurt for things like chicken salad but there is no substitute for a sandwich. So I went to the low fat (the blue one) it taste good and I try not to use much. Some things are worth the points. You have to decide what you’re willing to give up, and let yourself keep a few of the important things. If you want to be successful you have to make a lifestyle choice, if you don’t have a few things to make you happy, you won’t stick to it. Moderation is key.
