Has anyone ever made an Alfredo sauce with laughing cow cheese? Looking for a quick low points recipe. I was thinking of sautéing some mushrooms and adding it to a sauce and serving with grilled chicken breast. possibly with chicken broth, laughing cow cheese and maybe a bit of Parmesan and seasonings. No idea of measurements or anything just kinda looking for ideas or if anyone has made anything similar? Thanks in advance!

How many points? I need to be on the lookout for this? Some skinny pasta and this would be great! Or if it is low enough, some real pasta!

@veneration it is 2 points for 1/4 cup. (8 servings per jar) I am having this tomorrow with chicken and steamed broc all mixed together.

I use the laughing cow for many recipes. Zucchini or regular pasta, mix with spaghetti squash, riced cauliflower, on bagels
