The estimation of how many bananas you would have to eat, with *healthy* kidneys, to get a potassium overdose is more than twelve . Again, healthy kidneys. Don't *assume* your kidneys are fine. That being said, there is the fiber content. So it could cause constipation. Plus bananas are around 90 calories. So eating, say, ten is 900 calories in just bananas. A lot of calories from just one type of food that is going to push out getting nutrition from others. But as always, check with you doctor, not with a group on Facebook to find out what is or isn't healthy for you. Seriously!
