There's no rules with blue on how much zero points food you can eat. But if you notice you aren't losing weight then looking at how much zero stuff you are eating would be the first thing I'd look at.

@ana I usually have 5 fruits a day. 2 bananas should not be an issue I would think.

Whatever helps you, go for it. Except I’d limit fruit to 2-3 a day.

I eat two pieces (or servings) of fruit a day and haven’t had a problem gaining from that. However every person is different.

If U r pre diabetic don’t as they are high in natural sugar

@endomorphism my doctor said it's okay to have a banana as a diabetic but don't eat the large ones and monitor how it affects your blood sugar.

Weight watchers has listed it as one of their zero point foods, so therefore you can eat a banana or two if you want to. I usually eat one during the day when I want something sweet and I have grapes for a snack at night. I guarantee you I didn't get overweight from eating too many bananas. However, I do try to have a small one and I usually eat just one a day, maybe two, if I'm feeling a little hungry that day.

I remember the day, when Weight Watchers, Only recommended half a banana at a time. No way, I need the whole thing! LOL! So I have been doing two bananas a day, forever! Love my bananas! And I am maintaining my weight loss!

Bananas are a fruit that have a lot of sugar. Not all fruit is created equal. I would only eat one and eat apples, oranges, or berries. Even though it is zero points you can’t go crazy eating it.

Like someone on WW once said, we didn’t get fat eating bananas. If it helps, go for it - maybe cut back a tad somewhere else.

Eat your bananas! Many give bananas a bad rap. They are packed with nutrition and WW does not limit them to one a day. .

I once had someone say at a ww meeting that no one ever got fat eating fruit
by (1.5k points)
@brickyard absolutely! It’s so funny we think about a 2nd banana in a day now! It would be nothing for me to eat a half gallon of ice cream in one sitting before WW!

You guys aren’t constipated with all the bananas? I love them and would like to eat 2 to 3 bananas a day myself
by (920 points)
@perplexity8987 that’s why I can’t eat too many bananas!
by (860 points)
@charger exactly!

My gastroenterologist is a silly guy and told me bananas are "ambidextrous: they loosen you up if you are constipated and if you are too loose, they harden you up. "

Do 1/2 and 1/2

I’d say see if it works for you. If you continue to lose, then do it. If not, stop.

You’ll have to be the judge of that. What is “right” for one person, may not be “right” for someone else! You have to be careful with apples. Some have more natural sugar than others. You just have to figure out what is “right” for you!
