What does everyone one do when you get the “oh my gosh I need Chocolate “ ? I feel like as soon as I start healthy eating all I want is to binge on junk. Which on any other day I could care less. Ugh

These chocolates are really good and 1 point each. The ChocoRites come in a 2 pack of 1 point chocolates. The Sweet Nothings are also 1 point each but I've never had them. Someone in my WW group loves them.
by (1.4k points)
@celestyn5 where do you get them
by (5.8k points)
@majors I've only had the ChocoRite (shows up on WW app as ChocoLite) at a tiny healthy/diet food store but it's on Amazon, too. The girl in my WW group gets the Sweet Nothings at 7-11.

Built bars. My absolute favs are chocolat/coconut/almond and the new one cookies n cream. They are super moist and are even better than a candy bar!

There's plenty of good recipes out there, so definitely try some out and find one you love! If I'm suddenly really craving a classic store bought candy bar, or don't have time to make something, I'll have one or two of these. They're 2-3 points each, but they taste super good. Having a small bag around can keep me from going off the rails.

I do for sure and I don’t even like chocolate lol. Every time I have a salad I want sweets. I bought some protein bars. They are 6 points but after my one point salad that’s only 7 for a meal. I get 23 points a day. You just have to figure out what work for you and what’s “worth it”

If you live near a Kroger, I found 2 items there which are lifesavers for me: no sugar added fudge bars (2 points each on green), and no sugar added Dutch hot cocoa (1 point/packet on green). Sometimes I’ll add fat free reddi whip to the hot chocolate and count another point for it .

@african14623 how many points are these
by (3.2k points)
@nanny24468 5 points for 2. but so worth it. I save my points up for an after dinner treat when needed.
by (8k points)
@african14623 I think this concept is a good idea. Although I haven’t had this particular chocolate, saying you can have a Hershey Kiss or Small Dove Chocolate at night is a way to show the plan can allow whatever is important to YOU. 5 Points (for me) is a lot, but that’s hat makes this a good plan. You want to spend the 5 points that way. good for you. I would say if I did do that, my goal would maybe to have the chocolate once a day, then after a while I’d try to say 2 or 3 x a week, and eventually limit it. That’s how you can slowly make changes that will become lifelong habits.

Built Bars! Taste like a candy bar, don’t have that mineraly/vitaminish taste of other protein bars and you feel like you are actually eating candy because they are coated in real dark chocolate! I’m a busy nurse so usually I have one for breakfast since I don’t want to eat anything big super early in the morning but sometimes have them for a snack or dessert after a meal! 3 pts each, except 4pts for the peanut butter. Code YUM10 at checkout will get you a discount!
