Do you guys still see good loses if your on blue and don’t eat all your daily and weekly points, but eat enough zero point foods?

You have to eat your daily points. its okay to carry over up to 4 daily but your body needs the fuel. make sure you are making healthy choices and mix in some zero point foods.

No it does not, but remember EVERYTHING has calories. that is something that people sometimes forget! Good luck to you, you will figure out your balance.
