You also can sync your Apple Watch to the WW app and it will add fit points when you track it on your watch. Also you can switch so that you use fit points first before weekly points.

When the fit points run out then it will switch over to weeklies

There is a separate place in the app for them they are called Fit points. in your settings you can choose to use them either before or after weekly points or not at all. Like weekly points they start over every week. There is a goal you set and anything over that goal can be used.

No they show on mine just under my daily or weekly on the web site. I can't remember where they show on the app and I don't have any right now to look LOL. My week starts over today.

You can see that I went to the gym yesterday and got a lot of steps in through out the day to earn fit points

@grundyism I’m green. It is the old smart points way. I lost more when it was that. When they changed it to freestyle I couldn’t lose the weight

The default setting is to not use your Fit Points at all. However, you can go into settings (go to your profile section and then the little gear), then Food Settings to change that. Go to where it says Swapping. You can choose No Swapping or Use your Weekly Points and then your Fit Points or Use your Fit Points first and then your Weekly Points.
