If I need extra points should I use my Fit points or weekly points first? What’s the benefits of using one over the other?

It really is a personal preference. Weeklies are part of the equation for us to lose (with minimal activity). Some feel better about going over daily points with Fit because they “earn” them. As you can see, many don’t eat them. Many others lose best when they eat all their points. Experiment to see what works best for you

I would use Fitbit because I actually earned them unlike the weeklies

I don't think there is a benefit for using one over the other. I earn my fit points but i don't use them. It's a choice. I have plenty of points with dailies and weeklies.

Weeklies. Don't bother with your fit points use them for rewards. You really don't need the fit points unless you are a super exerciser training for a triathlon.

Does it matter? A point is a point no matter where it comes from.

They really discourage you from using them. You should use your exercise to help with wt loss

I always choose weekly and dont choose fit--as I have a ton of fit and could eat tons more and not lose if I ate my fit pts
