I usually have a breakfast burrito and a banana. I use an Ole Extreme Wellness wrap (1 point), two scrambled eggs (0 points), a slice of Kirkland 99% fat free ham (0 points) and a slice of Velveeta cheese (1 point). 2 point breakfast!

Yes or any fresh fruit. I cut up all my fruit on the day I get it from the store and scoop a bit into my yogurt each morning. The Pineapple tastes like it is a special treat!
