Love a scoop of it in Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancakes. I like it in smoothies. Also as a dip for apples. I mix PB2 with equal amount of Sugarfree Pancake syrup like Aunt Jemima. I also like it mixed into a paste to spread on Pepperidge Farm Very Thin White Bread with sugar free Grape Jam. Yum! There are so many ways to enjoy this powder. But remember, it’ll never really taste like real Peanut Butter and that’s ok. It’s about making choices!

I love it with a banana. One pt for 2 tbsp convinced me to try it. I still love my Jiff but only once in awhile. I add stevia to make it a little sweet but saw where someone said pancake syrup also helps the consistency.

Yes I use sf pancake syrup for a great tasting pb2 that doesn't taste like pb powder. Use it for sandwiches as well as spread on celery.

Mix 2 T with a smashed ripe banana, add 1 T unsweetened cocoa and 2 packets of Stevia (optional). Mix well, drop by teaspoon onto wax paper on a plate/pan, freeze and enjoy. 8 or 9 patties 2 Pts. on blue.

Are you kidding? That stuff is great! Tastes just like the real thing but with way fewer calories. I don’t measure the water (or 0 calorie pancake syrup, even better), I just add until I get the consistency I want: thick for spreading or thin as a fruit dip. It’s also great in a smoothie (banana, chocolate, etc). I can’t bring myself to waste calories on full fat peanut butter anymore.
