It's VERY HAR@pervious at first. I just started not eating between 7-7. Try gum, water, brushing your teeth. Suprising after a few days it's not too hard.

Go to bed early. I’ve found that when I have the munchies it’s because I’m very tired and need sleep. You can also try taking a long bath and drink some water while you’re in there so you won’t get dehydrated

Intermittent fasting! Done eating by 5:30pm. No food decisions to make after that. After a few weeks it’s so easy! I do it 6 days a week, leaving myself one flexible night for parties, dinners out, movies, etc. ❤️

My hardest time. I had to just stop after dinner completely. I brush, floss, mouthwash after dinner. I won't eat again after that. I don't tend to like strict rules but it's worked for me. It's been about a month and no more late night snacks/wine
