Day one of my Weight Watchers Journey. 2 point :-) I'm a little confused of what happens if I don't use all the points today. Do I roll those over to tomorrow and spread it out through the week or do I just forget those points and move on to the next day? Also when it tells me I need 35 points is that per day or for the week? Thanks so much :-)

Your 35 points is per day, if you have left over points at the end of the day, up to 4 points will rollover into your weekly points. Good luck!

You have weeklies and dailies. The daily pts are to be used for the day and only 4 pts roll over (into ur weeklies). Try to strive for a blue dot, usually that’s 10 above or below your daily pts. If you have 7 left over from ur daily pts, only 4 roll over and the other 3 go away. Your weekly pts you can use those whenever you want, some people spread them out n use them as they need and some people use them all in 1 or 2 days n splurge. Up to you! Good luck on your journey, and remember your why! ♥️♥️

Yes to comments above. You also need to move. In the beginning I used all my dailies pretty regularly so I wouldn’t be hungry and eat the wrong things. I have lost 16 lbs since September. Try to meep keep in mind, this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. Good luck, your breakfast looks great.

You are killing me with the kiddy plate, LOL. So cute and a great way to keep portions small. In my WW class the leader encouraged us to use smaller plates like salad plates but the kid's version with the dividers is brilliant!

Did you go to a meeting or did you join on line ? Everything is explained after the meeting from the leader. If you joined on line you can still sit in on any meeting. You learn so much from meeting. I see the program was explained to you already. Don't forget to eat most of your points, if you don't eat enough you will not lose much.

Some points roll over, but not more than 4. Try to use all your points every day, there are 2 reasons you want to eat all your points. 1) You need proper nutrition 2) Eating too many zero point foods will eventually stall your loss, because you aren't eating enough points to keep your body going, and your metabolism hold on to the weight.

Yes, a fantastic idea for a plate. I just plain eat too much; maybe this would help me.
