I've been on WW for 3 years. The last 3 weeks have been a struggle. Up a lb, up 2lbs, down . 2. This week I decided to compare purple vs green just to see if I could find the issue. Day 4 of the week and on purple I have 25/35 weeklies left. on green i'm at -1/35. I had some "rough eating" periods so I accounted for those.

How long have you been on the program? Are you eating your daily points?

You could be eating too many zero point foods. Zero doesn’t mean they’re free. Fruits are more of a problem than vegetables because they have more sugar in them. Try sticking to 3-4 servings of veggies and 2 servings of fruits a day. And increase your protein.

@malone I’m just making a suggestion. Everybody’s body processes food differently. As a WW coach for 6 years that was one of the things that members changed and saw results. I guess without seeing your tracker and talking it’s hard to pin point.

That's totally normal. Unfortunately frustrating however staying persistent and consistent works. My weight loss journey was filled with loses, gains and plateaus. My WW maintenance is exactly the same way and I reached goal and Lifetime in 1994.

Same here. Cutting back on the zero point stuff. I think I eat too many fruits and eggs Examine portion control. More water. Less birthday parties. OK, going forward. I hope.

I think it’s a real mistake that they’ve cut out tracking water. I’ve had to learn how to do this separately because it’s not on the app but I feel it’s key to losing any weight
