Hi.  Newbie here!Hi. Newbie here! I haven't done WW in 15 years. I took the assessment but just don't know which program to do. Does anyone have a better way to describe it? For example: Green is best if you. Or purple if. Try Blue if you. Right now I'm purple but breakfast alone cost me 8 points. Help!

Green has 100 zero point foods (mostly fruit and non-starchy vegetables) and a minimum of 30 points, Blue has 200 zero point foods (adds in starchy vegetables, chicken breast, eggs, beans, low-fat yogurt) and a minimum of 23 points, and Purple has 300 zero point foods - adding in whole grains and potatoes and a minimum of 16 daily points. So your breakfast would probably be 8 points on any of the plans.

Purple is for carb eaters. Clean less processed food. Great for people who love to cook. soups, stews, chili , etc

After you did the assessment what program did it tell you to follow? If you answered honestly then I would do that program. I love bread so I’m on green and I like that I have to count chicken, fish, eggs etc. I’ve lost over 5 lbs in 2 weeks!
