Everyone talks about food and how much they've lost, and the before and afters are inspiring. Can you all share what exercise regime you do as well? WW was my go to before two spinal surgeries in 2011 and nerve damage in my left leg prevents me from those vigorous exercises I used to love. My go to is walking and weights. As u get older weight is easy to gain and it becomes all about portion control. Calories in verses energy out. Would love to hear your exercise ideas. No matter how small. x

@chard my doctor said walking and swimming only for the rest of my life and I started swimming and kept getting sick from the local pool. I might try it again though and see if there are any other water programs.

A few years ago, I lost 40 lbs in about 5 mths. The only exercise I did was walk. I also did 5-10 min of stretching every morning while drinking my first 30 oz jug of water

I walk a mile on my treadmill everyday. Started as rehab for congestive heart failure. Has made a huge difference in my appearance and health without much weight loss. I have joined ww to take off the weight. I've been walking for years.

I usually don't have time to exercise much. I am lucky that I'm on my feet moving around at work all day. But I have an elliptical at home. I do it once or twice a week. I'm still losing weight without doing a lot of exercise.
