I’m on blue as well. I started in December my first week I lost 5lbs the 2nd week it’s like I gained it back. Now I’m like stuck at like half a pound a week. I’ve been thinking of going to purple to but nervous to make the move

ok I am gonna switch. I saw whole wheat pasta is zero points. I think that’s a win for me. We can always switch back right?

Be careful on purple. Whole wheat pasta might be 0 points, but it is not unlimited. If you are stuck and not losing, green is a better option. Some people overeat the 0 point foods on blue and purple. Get used to portion control with green before you branch out to blue or purple.

you know what I don’t think I’m eating enough. I’m not using my weeklies at all. On the weeks that I do the exact recipes for breakfast is when I lose. If I try to free style like scrambled eggs and turkey bacon I lose nothing . It’s like I have to follow the recipes directly and not just scan the foods for points if that makes sense. I feel I’m doing it all wrong regardless

When I joined last July, Blue was the only plan. I get 23 points a day. I rarely go into my weeklies because I am single and don't eat out a ton. I cook almost every meal. I use my 23 points most days but not all. I have found I eat most of my healthy carbs for breakfast and lunch. Oatmeal, whole wheat english muffin. Flat outs and Fold outs for lunch with tuna salad. I eat a lot of bean chili/soups. White bean, mixed bean, vegetarian, ground turkey. I eat a lot of salmon and veggies/salad for dinner. I rarely snack during the day. I eat sugar free pudding at night. I make roasted chick peas. I eat 2 fruits a day. I make WW recipes for dinner quite a bit. Right now I am hooked on taco meat made with the leanest ground turkey. I am loving taco salads. If you want, we could PM each other.

I’d really like that if we could talk . My issue before is I didn’t eat at all and when I would eat I’d grab one of my kids snacks like cheez it’s to say I had something on my stomach about 2pm and bc I’d skip breakfast and lunch i would gorge out at dinner bc I was making up for the entire day. Being on ww has helped bc of the meals but I never have time to meal prep. So yes I’d love to talk ! Thank you so much for your help time and support

Yes, you pick your plan. If you have never counted points before, I would suggest green. You learn portion control and learning how many points are in foods that are 0 on the blue and purple plans. Makes you realize, they are not "free".

Hi Pamela, I get 23 points on blue but I am wondering if I switch to green will my points change? Do they go up due to have to count more foods such as chicken, fruit, etc.?

yes - mine went up but you do count for some of the zero foods. I had to switch my eating to follow a Paleo plan and needed the extra points for me. My hubby is on blue and is doing great.

Thanks. I don't mind the counting. I am use to the older plan where you counted everything that you licked, nibbled and ate. :)

Not surprised. You have to be very disciplined with portion control with that many 0 point foods

I think I phrased my question incorrectly, let me see if I can get it out right this time, what is the ratio between zero points verses smart points on green and purple, blue is a 50/50 split of zero point foods and smart point foods combined
