I am on the blue. I am losing slowly but losing. For me the purple has too many carbs that I could go to town on.

I did blue from march until nov 11 - lost 51 pounds - I changed to purple when the new plans came out - been up and down since with the same 4 pounds - switched back to blue last thursday - will see tomorrow what difference it makes

Well I think it’s more of a preference. I’m losing but not as fast. I’ve been doing faithfully since January. Ive lost 13. 2 lbs but I haven’t been able to walk like I should. I have also lost 35 lbs on blue in the past about 6 years ago. I’m now losing like 1-2 lbs weekly but I’m think of the big picture. Just think how much that is in a year. I switched because of the greater choices of zero point foods. It allows me to stay more faithful to my points.

@servais243 I was on blue FOREVER and did really well. I have a very small point allowance now which causes me to really search out those recipes! I feel happier having pasta and potatoes and totally works for me. A loss is a loss even if it’s small. I lost . 8 last week ‍♀️ but I’m down another inch. I love this WW journey. Good luck to you and Pinterest is great for recipes!

@servais243 no it’s only once and then you can change plans on your phone in the app they ask you give it 2 weeks before changing

@servais243 it’s available on the computer not the phone If you are already on blue in November you were just defaulted to stay on blue you can take the assessment on the computer and it can suggest a plan for you or if you know enough about each plan you can go into your phone into settings food settings and make the change

I'm doing purple and love it Of course I love eggs and tend to eat a lot of c them. I also like veggies and fruit

I switched from blue to purple a couple weeks ago and I like it because I like potatoes. The true challenge is learning to eat things plain like not putting a whole bunch of butter and stuff on those potatoes I did find a whole wheat pasta that I like to

I am purple with only 16 pts. But I stress eat and like carbs. you have 300 zero items that you should build your meals upon.

I love the  plan. I have lost 26lbs since December 26th . I love the fact did I can have wheat pasta and make a chicken alfredo with low alfredo sauce so some veggies in it and it's only four points I love the fact that I can have baked potatoes all the fruits and vegetables I want and there are no points. You have 300 free foods that you can choose from that are zero points and then depending on your weight you the amount of extra points per day I'm very heavy so I have 40 points a day plus all my free foods and I lose an average of 5 pounds a week but then again I'm a heavy girl

I have done eggs adding some veggies and a little bit of like cheese and that has been like you know three or four points. I've also done oatmeal the plain kind and like added a tablespoon of brown sugar and that was one point. Enter I've also made the two ingredient dough until like bagels and did like cream cheese and that was like three points

I love . I’m a potato  girl all day! I was on blue for a little over a year and was very successful but I missed fries. I know it’s silly, but that’s my thang! Lol. I’ve been purple for a few weeks and loosing about the same pace from when I switched. I find water is KEY with the added starches. But it’s all good for me! Good luck in all your journeys!
