I think I keep phrasing my question wrong.  Blue is a 50/50 split of zero point foods and smart point foods, what is the ratio for purple and green? Edit: I think what I was trying to find out is how many zero point foods each colour has. I knew blue because I'm on blue. Thank goodness someone understood, I'm so sorry for the confusion.

I stay on the blue plan. But. quite frankly . it wouldn't matter what plan I was on - I MUST stay away from fat, bread, sweets and Coke. I may only gain 2# - which is bad for me - but I'll see it in my stomach area and legs. When I gain - I gain there - when I lose - I lose it in my face and neck - LOL - it's true.

I don't think that this is meant to show a 50/50 split. It basically is a chart comparing the number of zero points on each plan. I've not seen WW posting anywhere how much of each you should eat, but I could have missed it.

Yes, you potentially could be on any plan and never eat 0 SP foods. You work the plan how you want to work it and how it fits into your lifestyle. I am not a big fruit and vegetable eater so blue works best for me.

Yes, I agree with the others commenting here. The chart you are looking at is not meant to show that you must divide your menu equally between free foods and foods with points. It does show the different in how many zero point foods are available on each plan, since they are different.
