I am very active (a runner) and eat healthy(minimal carbs). I have found that with the “blue” plan, most of my foods are zero points. I have fluctuated up and down, even with tracking diligently and lots of exercise. I just can’t seem to get my weight to go down (would like to lose about 25 pounds). Don’t get me wrong, I lost weight with WW last year on blue and then fell off the tracking, and this year, it’s not working. I was considering switching to purple. Any advice?

You may want to see what foods are in the zero point list for purple and green and see which may work for you.

Purple has more zero foods. I like green since it has the least zero so you have to track everything!

Thank you! I changed it to green this morning and I see the difference already in my previous zero foods

I’m struggling too! I exercise everyday, but I’m not seeing the results I would like!

@gittle it is super frustrating, isn’t it? I also want to enjoy life and not be super restricted but when the effort is being put in, and no results, it’s hard to stay positive

@piave3 I agree

I agree, been on ww for 2. 5 years first 3 months lost15lbs , gained 10 back, I walk 2. 5 miles everyday I am very strict about what I eat, and it just won't stay off I have been at 173 for the past 6 months ready to throw in the towel why be so hard on myself if I see no results

@lemos if you throw in the towel you may experience weight gain and that sure wouldn't feel good. How about going back to weighing and measuring, and tracking, even zero point foods? Sometimes we get off track and don't even realize it. All the little things can add up and stall weight loss.

I have been through all three plans and now I’m gaining. Over 60 so I guess I need to find that magic pill

Measure your food, 0 points foods are not always 0 if you eat more than one serving.

I found I need to stay in the range so I earn a blue fit every day to loose

If you struggle with portion control I wouldn't suggest purple, but if it's more about what you eat rather than how much, then purple would be good.

Thats why i switched to green. I had to track almost everything to hold me accountable. I was too loose with the points. Oh another corn on the cob. I could eat three at one sitting and they have like 100 calories each.

Same issue so i switched to Green. I had to be more accountable and it worked!

I couldn't do so many points. everyday. I changed to purple even though I was leary of the carbs. Still, it's worked, down 25#s.
