Just started WW and the app suggested purple plan for me. It’s only 16 points and I’m hungry. Advice?

@liquate I typically don’t use all 16 of my points unless I’m going out or having a special treat. I fill up on whole, healthy free foods

Um. Whole wheat pasta, rice, quinoa. chicken breast, beans, eggs, plain yogurt. Fruit. Veggies.

You can eat wholewheat pasta and potatoes, as well as all the other zero point foods from both other plans! If you are still hungry after using your points but find you are not eating much potatoes or pasta it may be worth switching to Blue or even green

Take advantahe of your free foods likd vegs and fruits. Make the vegetable soup reckpe given at the mreting last week it works

You might need more protein in your diet, eat more chicken , eggs or even the protein shakes
