I like to make tofu stirfry. It’s super easy! (And don’t need a recipe). I also do a lot of “meatless” meals since I eat mostly pescatarian. And too much fish isn’t a good thing. I like to incorporate eggs/dairy into my day too just so I know I’m getting some more protein. Tofu takes on flavor of what you cook with it. If you can get past the texture (some can’t) it’s delicious.
