So I’ve been portioning my meals and snacks . I’ve been snacking throughout the day and lately I’ve been feeling very hungry . anyone have any tips or tricks ? Besides water -I’ve been drinking a crap ton

Try eating low point protein like hard boiled eggs and low fat string cheese. Protein stabilizes blood sugar and keeps the hunger pangs away.
