I like to have a few frozen meals in my freezer for emergencies. Like when I am starving & don’t have the time (or want) to cook. What are the best Lean Cuisines, etc. that are fairly reasonable point wise? Edit: I know I can cook & freeze. That’s not what I’m asking for though.

Apparently very low points. 2? Maybe

@syntax these are delicious and the points are in the sauce if you need a zero point meal. You could pour it over lettuce or add some rice to bulk it up

I had the Lean Cuisine Asian Spring Rolls for lunch today. They come 2 serving packages per box (3 in each package for 5 points). Delicious.

I love the healthy choice steamers. They all differ in point values but most my favorites are 2-4 on blue & fill me up for lunch. Sometimes I may add an apple or some veggies on the side if I’m really hungry.

I love the buffalo chicken and mashed potatoes! Very spicy, so a no-go if you don’t like buffalo sauce.

Not Lean Cuisine but I agree the Healthy Choice Steamers are low point and pretty good for a frozen meal.

Healthy choice but yes watch the sodium you don’t want to eat them everyday
by (18.1k points)
@hairdresser37273 . The American Heart Association states we can consume 1, 500mg of sodium per day. So if a person consumes one healthy choice for say lunch per day that’s fine. One healthy choice has about 500mg of sodium. Also, sodium is for our normal nerve and muscle function. We just shouldn’t go over 1, 500mg per day and should of course drink our adequate consumption of water.

Healthy Choice Steamers have a couple of very low point choices. And Lean Cuisine Herb Roasted Chicken is low. I always add extra veggies, fresh or frozen.
