Is your immune system weaker during losing weight? I never had the flu until now. I've been pretty healthy my entire life until September. Was told I am . 2 away from being diabetic.

Wow. I never thought about this. I’m type 2 and try my best not to get sick. I take probiotics, vit C & D3, Manuka honey. I also wash my hands a lot. It’s the first thing I do when returning home from being out anywhere.

I lost 50 lbs 26 years ago and became a Lifetime Member. I'm rarely sick and take no medications what so ever. It's also the height of flu season now.

My experience is that I’ve never been healthier! I was able to drop my allergy treatments, breathe better, haven’t had any illnesses in 2 years (knock on wood) and have more energy.

I have felt better and my knees are much less sore. I know the flu is pretty rampant!
