Are there any frozen French fries that are relatively low in points? My husband said I’m making chicken and salad too much so I figured I would make burgers and fries one day next week.

I do my fries in the air fryer. I think they’re like three or four points I can’t remember but we have burgers and fries like once a month

I make my own and use Olive oil cooking spray with seasoning. Very healthy. I usually make them twice a month with cheese burgers. I can’t give up my comfort food! Lol

Aldi carries spinach kale tots (in the shape of dinosaurs too! ) which are 5 for 4pts on blue. really good with a little hot sauce, you can get them crispy by pan-frying them too!

I use the Alexia ones and just have a small portion or the potato puffs--Here's the thing mix low pt things with things that have points for instance if I do air fryer chicken we will have gnocchi on the side and veg. If we have steak we will just have veggies etc

Most are processed with added oil so they crisp. Try cutting your own potatoes, spray with Pam, and put in the air fryer.

I make my own. I cut up russet and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasoning and bake at 350 for about a half hour.

@introvert agree. It’s so easy to make your own. Add some veggies to the pan and you have an easy balanced dinner. I cook mine at 400 or so.

@introvert I agree. However, before I put them in the oven I coat them in egg white. Makes them crisp up nicely.

You can just peel them and slice them and bake them in the oven. Also, you can do the same wtih Sweet potatoes!

If you stick with plain fries you should be OK. Check the ingredients - the fewer the better. I think most have a touch of oil. Stay away from any that are labeled “crispy” and seasoned. The crispy part comes from a light batter.
