I made some tonight with just egg whites and cornflakes. Baked them in the oven on 375. They were great!

Perdue makes lightly breaded tenders they just like regular and ate low in points as well

We buy the caulipower ones they are pretty good don't know how many points they are you can get them at whole foods

Kroger has a brand called Rock and Roll chicken nuggets. Lightly breaded. So good!

I buy the Thanksson boneless skinless. They cook up quickly in soups, stir fry, or unbreaded chicken parm

Thanks everyone! I found some Thanksson Buffalo chicken strips. 5 points for 2. I made in Air fryer put in a wrap with lettuce and shredded cheese. Very filling!
