Whenever plateaued, need to change something, food, water, exercise. I lost some on what is now green (2006), changed to what is now purple & reached goal that way. Last 2 yrs actually gained (tho stayed w/in goal) w/freestyle (now blue) & lost 10 lbs when changed to purple. Suggest change to what makes sense for you.

How can getting more daily points help you to lose weight? seems the opposite would happen

I'm guessing because there are less zero point foods. I'm not sure. I haven't looked into it too much, thought I would start here with people's opinions. I am on Blue and don't use all my points daily either but saw it was recommended to try Green if you plateaued on Blue.
