I can drink plain water. It doesn't bother me. However, sometimes I like to add flavor to it. I tried adding fruit to my water but it's just not the same. I like @extensible Light, but my doctor told me that artificial sweeteners can actually cause diabetes. So my question is does anyone know of a flavored water that is all natural and doesn't have artificial flavoring or anything bad in it like aspartame? Any suggestions?

I like orange slices and sometimes a canned cherry (some sugar, I'm sure, ) but it gets me through. Even a bit of honey in cold water is good!

When I need something fizzy, I drink unsweetened flavored seltzer water. I found that Aldi's has the cheapest but it is available at most grocery stores. Just check the labels as some are sweetened.

I like to add a couple of drops of vanilla or almond extract to my bottle of water. It adds a little bit of flavor without any sweetness. The Adam's brand also makes a pound cake flavor extract and as weird as it sounds, it's great in water!

I purchased something called Cirkul-it’s a drinking container that has flavor cartridges you can swap out. Some are vitamin enriched, some just flavors-you”dial” up or down for flavor intensity. No calories and so far I like the flavors. I really like it and find the cartridges last a LONG time as I don’t like overpowering flavors. It comes as a subscription but you can adjust the shipments to fit your timing. So far I haven’t had to order very often as they last me a long time. Here is a link if you want to check it out. drinkcirkul. com/share/Amanda-V1365914812506

How much is this in our money it's in dollers
by (600 points)
@propulsion2708 if you google it, you can read about the top 10 questions-mine was very inexpensive as I got in on a special deal-the refill cartridge s sell for about $3 but mine last forever it seems. You can push out future shipments also

I recently went on a quest of my own to find a flavored seltzer that didn't contain any artificial or "natural" flavors. I ended up going with Spindrift. They are like 17 calories a can.

I add juice from half of a fresh squeezed lemon and also four solid slices of fresh ginger to the water. I drink it hot as a tea. Or, I heat it up and let it cool and drink it at room temperature or add ice and drink it chilled. It is delicious. It has good nutrients, it is all organic and it is inexpensive. I drink an average of 60 oz of water live this way everyday.

I found adding dehydrated fruit slices gave a stronger taste if it was the weak watered down flavor of fresh fruit that you didn't like. It's still just adding fruit but might be worth a try if you have access to some.
